Geofenced auto clock-out
If a staff member forgets to clock out and walks out of the practice, their shift closes automatically at the geofence boundary.
Geofence enforcement
Optional toggle: block clock-in when staff are outside the radius. If their browser denies location, clock-in is rejected. Off by default; flag-only behaviour continues unless you explicitly turn it on.
Break tracking
Standard 30-minute break is deducted by default. Staff or managers can adjust per-shift.
Live Who's Working Now
Dashboard shows who's currently clocked in, for how long, and when they started. Auto-refreshes every 60 seconds.
Manual entry review queue
If GPS was off or the wrong location, the entry lands in a queue for manager approval rather than auto-paying.
Swap, drop and claim shifts
Staff can drop shifts they can't cover; other staff claim them on a first-in-first-served basis. Managers get notified but don't have to coordinate.
Leave & Compliance
Australian practice owners pay serious money for compliance mistakes. We try to make them impossible.
Submit and approve leave
Staff submit leave in the app. Managers see a queue, approve or deny with a note. History is kept forever.
Leave-aware roster
Approved leave blocks that staff member from being auto-rostered on those dates. Pre-existing shifts that collide show struck-through.
Australian public holidays
Per-state holiday calendar preloaded. Public holidays affect generation and penalty rates automatically.
MA000027 award compliance
Built-in Health Professionals and Support Services Award checker. Penalty rates, overtime, breaks and rest periods all calculated per shift.
Per-staff compliance report
Quick look at any staff member's hours this week vs their cap, breaks taken, penalty shifts, rest-period violations.
Audit log
Roster publishes, staff invites, timeclock reviews and role changes are all logged. Proof for Fair Work if you're ever audited.
Award rate overrides
Pay above award? Set per-staff or per-level overrides. The compliance checker uses whichever is higher.

Xero payroll sync

Per-org timezone
